As an aid to the other academic subjects, Study Skills teaches pupils specific learning skills.

As well as covering library skills, information retrieval and information presentation, the course also teaches study management and revision methods.  These tools enable pupils to become effective and independent learners, ready to tackle the challenges of secondary school.
